In order to provide you with the freshest ingredients, a majority of our fish is flown in weekly on Japan Airlines (JAL CARGO). Freshly caught fish is packed in dry ice and transported using special equipment in a temperature controlled environment so that our patrons can enjoy catch-fresh seafood.
